1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Eugraphios ("Software") provided by Donaldo Falcão de Figueiredo ("We," "Us," "Our"). By using the software and associated services ("Services"), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the software, you agree to the terms outlined in those documents as well. This software is proprietary.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with this Agreement. This license is for your personal or internal business use only.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the software. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software does not violate any local laws.

3. License Restrictions

You must not:

  - Modify or create derivative works of the software.
  - You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  - You must not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.
  
4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software are owned by Donaldo Falcão de Figueiredo. This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights in the software.

5. Third-Party Software

Our software includes both proprietary components and third-party components that are subject to their respective licensing terms.

Our software integrates proprietary components, including Google Translate API, for translation services and Sapling API, for grammar and writing enhancement features. By using the software, you agree to comply with the terms outlined for these components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of outputs from these APIs. These APIs may change or evolve, which could affect functionality. We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or unavailability arising from the use of these services.

A detailed notice, including licenses and attribution for open source third-party components, can be found in the docs folder included with this software.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the software after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

7. Termination

We may terminate this license if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the software or your violation of this Agreement.

9. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
